World Gallery is now under new management going into 2009 and we are very excited about the year to come.
Co-Directors Cate Nelson and Karen Pike have joined forces to create an exciting new vision for 2009 and beyond. We will be developing our community base here and helping to promote our neighboring galleries in an effort to enrich Costa Mesa art community. We promote healthy exploration of the arts and a nuturing enviornment for the talent on our walls.
So what exactly is "intergalactic art" you ask? Well, World Gallery represents art from the global community both past and present and seeks out the emerging talent of the future. Our philosophy is that art is universal and transcends the predjudice and boudaries we so often encounter in our earthly day-to-day. We seek to provide a forum for open communication about our communities, our country and our neighbors both here and beyond through the study and language of art.
