The first time I went to What A Dish was for one of their special Thursday night dinners. The chefs specialty menu was peach themed after she had spent the weekend hand picking pounds of fresh organic peaches from the Masumoto Farm. After I tasted the Habanero "Hot Flash" Jam on my cheese plate and the Peach Chipotle BBQ sauce glazed over a bone in organic pork chop....I never wanted to leave! Since then, I hired What A Dish to cater my corporate holiday party this past December 2010, and all my coworkers continue to gush over how superb the food was. You can taste the love and care put in to all of their food - both on a large and small scale. The service is impeccable and they tailor their service and menus to meet your specific event needs. The sustainable/organic menus make you feel good about what you’re eating, and you definitely don't miss out on any of the taste!
