I went in with my mother to order funeral flowers. It was a tough situation. The lady who helped us was so unbelievably patient, helpful, and understanding. My mom was crying and having a hard time making decisions. We finally got thru it and the owner gave my mom a couple red roses wrapped up and said "I am really sorry for your loss, take these roses and remember the love you two shared". I mean, it was the nicest thing anyone has ever done and in my moms time of sorrow the owner (I think it was either Grace or Gail), took a moment to acknowledge my moms pain and wasn't even worried about the sale. It was a move of pure humanity and compassion and you just do not see that very often. It made a profound impression on us and for that I say this is the best florist and I will never use another florist ever again.
