I've been cross fit active my entire life. School sports, big box membership gyms, small group cross training gyms, home gym, and Pilates. The best solution for my life right now is training at CrossFit Active Performance. The coaches are knowledgeable, responsive, positive, and able to communicate clearly. As a result I feel I can safely push myself. Scaling WOD's to individual needs are standard. The atmosphere is supportive and engaging as everyone is encouraging. It's not uncommon to see members hanging out after WOD's.
