This is not your typical gym. This place motivates you with its music, lights, trainers and the right set of fast paced routines that increases your heart rate and pushes you to over come that mind Block and be better than you thought you were. This is like a day club intended to get you moving and motivated with the music and trainers guiding you through the exercises. I love Total Training and have recommended it to all of my friends. This is a perfect combination of treadmill time, weights, battle ropes, endurance classes, strength training classes and my all time favorite Whirlwind Wednesdays which is the HIIT routine you want and will crave every week.
