Candace Nelson our Executive Pastry Chef says: My great grandmother was renowned for the distinctive desserts she made at her San Francisco restaurant during the 1930s. She created pure, delicious uncomplicated pastries- the result of here French culinary roots and here new American working life. These days, as I shift, whiskey and frost at the bakery I began with my husband in Beverly Hills, I imagine our scratch-baked cupcakes as a natural extension of my great grandmothers' legacy.

Sorry all other cupcake shops. You all try to be as good as sprinkles, but never come close. The original cupcake shop in O.C. & still the best!
