Nick's, a local favorite and popular hang out, has a deli-style menu that includes breakfast and sandwich items. The breakfast burrito - filled with eggs, chorizo, bacon, potatoes and cheese - comes in mild or medium, and generous strips of bacon are wrapped inside a soft flour tortilla and baked, not pan fried. The potatoes, peeled fresh every day, are pan fried before they are added to the chorizo, and the highest quality of eggs are used. There are also vegetarian and machada versions of the burrito with sautéed roast beef, onion, tomatoes, peppers, cheese and salsa. Old pics of Seal Beach's larger swells inside, while a backside patio and sidewalk seating are also available.
The breakfast burrito... if you aren't close to seal beach, its worth the drive. SO good!
