As a the Owner of the Controlled Burn Fitness Studio in Glendale, CA and being a Personal Trainer (also in the running for Best Personal Trainer of the LA HOTLIST-so far in the top 3), it is difficult to find a Gym that can deliver what I desire: Motivation from other skilled fitness professionals.
I was thrilled to find Living Fitness! I have taken several of their FitBar classes from different instructors-all have been excellent motivators, skilled instructors, and all have an extensive background in dance, health, and fitness; I have also gotten to witness the skill of their Personal Trainers.
The facility is so clean and the receptionists so welcoming. This is a small boutique GYM with excellent Personal Trainers who focus on functional fitness dynamics and appear to be very much invested in their clients throughout their workouts!
It's a thrill to watch others getting their bootays kicked while yours is getting kicked too!
I cannot wait till marathon season is over so I can return.
