The most effective way to educate our customers is to offer them the highest quality artisan product, made by a Master Gelato Maker who not only is educated in culinary science, but who has lived the Italian tradition every day of his life. Dr. LuPriore considers Frati Gelato a “living product” that must be mastered and produced correctly in the most specific conditions. It is his dream to continue to introduce this product to America with perfection.
I only eat gelato after my first taste at Frati Gelato cafe. no more american ice cream!!

Frati is one of a kind with truly amazing gelato made by Dr. LuPriore who's as hot as his gelato is good!!! If you see him or Ron tell'em you want the peppermint stick flavor.
