The first thing you will is notice is the clean, fresh scent of the studio, quickly followed by the welcoming instructor and cleanliness of the space. Each instructor has their individual approach to Pilates, but all are amazing. I love all of the instructors and appreciate the sense of well-being from my regular practice. Pilates helps the body move, improves flexibility and strengthens all of the muscle groups, including most of the ones you forget about at the gym. Highly recommend taking a class, or twelve!

The teachers are amazing. They always change up the workout to make sure that you're working all parts of your body. The studio is beautiful, clean and smells like lavender and eucalyptus. Club Pilates is the BEST!!!
