Executive Chef Michael Rossi leads the kitchen at the legendary Ambrosia Restaurant. Rossi comes to Ambrosia with International culinary experiences that took him from the Hawaiian Islands to the vineyards and finest culinary institutions in France and Italy. Rossi developed the menu at Ambrosia to celebrate the “Seasonal Marketplace”, embracing the special bounty of each season to create a dynamic balance between the finest foods and wines. The menu features only the freshest fruits, vegetables and entrees of the season.
The 5-star menu is delivered in an opulent setting of private leather dining booths, the smooth sounds of the critically acclaimed Chris Williams Jazz Trio and romantic lighting to deliver a dining experience that keeps guests coming back time and time again. For a private dining experience, five themed dining suites are available for groups ranging from 8 to 22. The Boardroom, Wine Cellar, Lodge, El Presidente and Dome of the Sea are finely crafted spaces that celebrate the artistry of fine dining with original murals, individualized ornate lighting designs and premium liquors and wines.
The restaurant features Chris Williams, award winning jazz vocalist, to serenade diners during dinner.
